Our standard products support OTA upgrades.   The update process is convenient.  Our software teams will help you. 

What is the after-sales service policy and warranty period for the products?

Response Guarantee: 7×24h support, 1-hour response after defect report,remote and on-site service as needed.

Fee Description: Free for non-artificial damage under warranty; transparent pricing outside warranty.

Data Security: Data backup before repair, strict clearing after repair to protect information.

Do your rugged tablets support customized development?

Absolutely we support customized development. Theare are various types of customization services proviced, including Software/Hardware/Pakcage etc.  You may leave your message  or chat online about what customization services you need.  


How can I check the detailed parameters and configuration information of the products?
Please press the "Products" on the top of navigation bar.  Go into the model no. from "Explore all products" then you can get the full view of the detailed parameters and configuration information of the products.
Are there any discounts for bulk purchases, and what is the cooperation process?
We offer discounts for bulk purchases depending on final quantity.   Please tell what the quantity you will need to purchase every time. Then we will quote according to 1-100pcs,  101-500pcs, above 500pcs.  Leave your messeage now in the web or chat with us right now. 
Do the products support 5G networks, and what is the network compatibility?
Some models of ours support 5G networks. It is usually an optional choice.   For example, the model RT-08D9 and 10D9 supports 5G.  Please go to the model for details or ask for sales to help in  leaving message or chat with us online for answers.
